Исключения: Вопросы об исключениях рассматриваются в индивидуальном порядке. Cancellation Policy - 1. Cancellation within 24 hours: If a client cancels an appointment less than 24 hours in advance but more than 6 hours before the scheduled time, the next appointment can only be confirmed with full prepayment. 2. Cancellation within 6 hours/No-show: If a client cancels an appointment less than 6 hours in advance or does not show up, the next appointment can only be confirmed after full payment for the missed session and prepayment for the next session. 3. Exceptions: Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
